I know that Joe is the new owner and we were in the transitioning period which may be why this happened. We invested 5000 dollars in repairs from AAMCO in the car and it took months of bringing in the car for additional adjustments to get things done. First we needed a new transmission, and a month later the check engine light kept going on and it took them two weeks to figure it out and another part that needed to be ordered. There was an accident in the shop that dented the back door and they had to send it elsewhere to fix the dent. The initial amount was 3800 dollars and every time we took it back for review it was an additional 1000 dollars.
The car was supposed to be ready at one time, and we arrive then and it is not ready. They should have called us...and it ended up the only way the car was fixed permanently is they brought it to a dealership to get it fixed.
