The guy is a crook! I bought a car from him not too long ago. When it started to have electrical problems I took it to a highly regard electrical automotive mechanic in Hartford. This is what he told me.1) The computer is flashing error messages for both the transmission and the engine.2) The O2 sensor is dead (Joe supposedly replaced it when I bought it)3)There is no way on this planet the car will pass emissions, based on 1 & 2 and 4) the reason I haven not seen the check engine light is because the former owner (Joe) drove the car for so long it burned out?? When I bought this to Joes attention, he basically laughed in my face- told me - "it's an old car- what did I expect (he told me there was nothing wrong with it- he checked it personally), and because I paid under 3000 for it no one would do anything to him. The cars are a lemon, sold by the biggest lemon of all- stay away from this guy, and All star auto motive, if you want a working auto.
