I had a routine oil change completed. With that was suppose to be a tire rotation which was not completed and they said they'd catch me next time. A bit frustrating. They also advised that my tires were already half worn and would need to be changed in the next 15,000 miles which would put total mileage on the tires under 30,000. The tires are rated at 55k miles so that made me question their advice especially since the tires have a lot of tread left and barely look worn. Also, when I left I noticed the smell if burning oil which leads me to believe the drips weren't cleaned up properly.
