Christian Brothers lost several items. We hired the movers to load up our belongings and take it to storage for 2 weeks before moving it tonour new home. They took apart a bookshelf and never gave the shelf or pegs back. That is minor to the fact that they also never brought back a step stool that my grandfather made, which is irreplaceable. The crew who brought our stuff back was dropping boxes, falling down the stairs. They said they have worked double shifts 3 days in a row so they were tired and moving slow. We shouldn't have to pay extra money because their managers overwork them and my belongings shouldn't be thrown around bc they are tired. Contacting the office to discuss this was a nightmare. The lady who handled our move never called back, I had to call numerous times. She would say she has to talk to the head boss and call back in 5 min. Never called back so I had to call her again.
