Our battery was only 2 years old and dead after vacation. I called AAA, then Steve at Phoenix Autoworks. He told me to have it towed so they could test the car (results change after it's been charged). I immediately called AAA for a tow rather than a "jump" start. So glad! Ended up we needed a new battery and it was under pro-rated warranty, so minimal cost to us. All we had to do was go pick up the car! Simple. Thanks Steve!
