I bought 3 bedroom sets in April 2013 and spent $6,200. The first delivery was scheduled for May 11th and there were so many pieces missing that none of the sets were complete. After that, there were 5 additional deliveries scheduled. Every delivery was screwed up. They would bring one piece and it would be broken or damaged and they would forget other pieces. Needless to say I am not happy with the service or the furniture. Every time I spoke to them after every delivery, they would promise to compensate me when all the furniture was delivered. I finally received all my pieces today (2 months later). When I called up to ask for my compensation, they offered me $100 gift card to Bob's. Are these people crazy? I don't ever want any other furniture from them and what's a $100 going to do for me?
