Sunday night the central air wasn't cooling, called Service Legends at 7:30 Monday morning, I was told they would be out Wednesday between noon and four. I received a phone call at 11:00 Wednesday morning, 1 hour before the 4 hour window telling me they can not make it for a week and a half at least. I was pi..ed, I had waited three days without the air to be told this plus the two days it took someone else to come out.
What kind of service is this? As far as I am concerned their advertising is a farce.
If they were the last HVAC company in Des Moines, I would call someone from out of town.
