I have belonged to banfield for a number of years in Burlington, WA.My dog went in for her comprehensive exam/dental she has always had a plak issue and 1 molar was of concern they called and said it needed to come out as I expected. I had just lost my job of 41/2 years and I was denied unemployment I had no money. Jerimie the front desk who knows my dog on sight even when I just shop @ petsmart hooked me up with a credit card company. I had also lost my bank account so I had a $20.00 check return fee with corporate so this took a long time and most of Jerimies day she persisted all day to accomplish these very necessary tasks She was comforting to me as my dog was receiving all the special care she needed by the dedicated veternary staff.
