I have been with Wolf fitness off and on for the past three years through the ups and downs of life (and weight) In January of 2013, back to 30 lbs overweight I dedicated myself to Wolf Fitness 5 days a week. I'm also one of the many clients in the 50 + range and not only have a lost the 30 lbs I am stronger both mentally and physically .
