Croziers totally bungled our order this week! We ordered purple tulips to be sent for a special occasion to our friend in Vista! Our friend received a light pink arrangement with no tulips! When they were confronted with their mistake and a discount or refund was requested, they went back to our friend's home and asked for the flowers back, saying that the flowers were not paid for! Major Faux pas in customer service!
