Let me start from the beginning. My Dad (a retired Military member, who served for over twenty years) took our two dogs, Madden and Sophie to get groomed at Simbah’s Dog House. I convinced my Dad to take them here since I had just been there the day before and had no problems with our other dog. My Dad and my 11 year old sister arrived at Simbah’s Dog House at 1:00. The Owner, Sara Verdick assisted them. She advised that Madden (a shih-tzu) would need to be shaved down. My little sister asked if Sara could leave a little fluff. Sara then pointed a finger at my sister and said in a very RUDE manner, “CAN WE COMMUNICATE. DON’T TALK. WE ARE TALKING.” My Dad is not an aggressive person and dismissed it. He left the dogs and told Sara he would be able to come either BEFORE 4:00 or AFTER 4:30. \r
