I called for a tune-up and was given a day and time between noon and three PM. At 3:30,no tech and no call explaining why. I called and was told tech was running late and would be there by about 4. At 4:30, still no tech or phone call. I had to call two more times before a tech finally arrived about 6:00.At this point, I didn't have a favorable impression of the company. However, Chris, the tech who came was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and very competent.Also,I should add that everyone to whom I spoke was very friendly. They just didn't call to keep me posted on the delays.
Despite my experience with the 3 hour delay, I think that I will use Welborn in the future. That is because everyone at this company is so nice.Also, Chris did a super job and never tried to upsell me. I think it was just one of those days.
