Very prompt response time. Called Champion for second opinion and very glad I did. Thomas diagnosed my problem and provided me with multiple options for replacement. He was very professional and was easy to work with as far as service technicians go. Our A/C was replaced same day and wife was happy again. I would recommend Champion to friends and family.
