Purchase of vehicle was pleasant and easy. The only flaw was that the car wasn't detailed. Told it was detailed when we were doing the paperwork only to get it home and realize it wasn't even vacuumed out. Told there was possible paint on the seats that the detailers couldn't get out - obviously didn't even try as I wiped it right off with water - I think it was ice cream.
