• My Sony TV would turn itself off and on again. Every 20 minutes\r
\r
• Noel, the owner of Electronic Solutions in West Orange NJ changed the DLP Bulb and said it was fixed, he made the visit on May 24th at 3 PM\r
\r
• No address or last name given, see 2 websites attached*\r
\r
• He only would accept cash and drove me to my bank for a $250 withdrawal see his receipt from this visit and from September 2010 when he also replaced a bulb at a cost of $278** \r
\r
• One hour later, it happened again. I called Noel. He did not return my call. \r
\r
• Saturday morning May 25 I called. He said he would be there between 1 and 2, he never showed up\r
\r
• Tuesday May 28 he said he would be there by 4 PM again a no show.\r
\r
• I called the next day, Wednesday May 29, he said he would be there by 5, again no show. \r
\r
• He then said he would show up on Friday June 1, another show\r
\r
• I called him on June 2, he said he would show up on Monday June, 3, no show again\r
\r
• I went online with Sony, they instructed me to change the settings back to factory settings, problem solved at no cost! Copy also attached*\r
