I want to say THANK YOU to Mark Bartholomew, Supervisor for working with me over a 4 month period to resolve the billing dispute I had due to a defective part in my Carrier Heat Pump. He sent several technicians to inspect the unit and always returned my calls. He was patient, courteous and professional throughout this ""ordeal"" (for me) and he sent me refunds to cover the excessive BGE charges.\r
I also want to thanbk Jeff Martin, specialist # HCC08, for coming back as soon as possible to add refrigerant after the last major repair. He was respectful of our property , courteous, and he answered all of my questions. \r
