I purchased a spa from this place over a year ago. They were real eager to make the sale, of course. But, when I had an issue with the heating element within the first year...they somehow couldn't find the paperwork. They don't return your calls...and all of these phony reviews are obviously jokes! \r
I finally got some real service from the Hot Springs Corporate Office. Don't waste your time and hard earned money dealing with these unethical people. There are many other good places to shop.
