Less than 30 days after purchasing a new 2013 Kia Optima ($30k), I was advised that the ENTIRE TRANSMISSION REQUIRED REPLACEMENT! Yes, you are reading this correctly. To add insult to injury, the General Manager, Joey Graves was probably the most sarcastic, rude, disrespectful, least committed to customer service non professional I have EVER had the displeasure to deal with. I will continue to tell any and everyone I know to steer clear of this business!
