I always place the order and specifically lay out the entire order in the comment box for each item. For some reason, the order is always wrong. I kind of get tired of calling every time I get my order to tell them that they either completely messed something up or just forgot it. I don't like to complain, but the last time I ordered, the completely messed up the entire order. Missed toppings, I paid for extras that I didn't get. I called right after I received the order, and no one answered. It was maybe 10 minutes after store hours, but I just received the food. I pay for food and specify everything in the comment box and its still wrong. Gets frustrating when you're at work for 10 hours and expect your food to be right and its not. But overall the food is great. Thats why I continued to order.
