While the dental care is good....the billing department is unorganized and uninformed. I, nor the other six people in my family, have never not had a billing issue after our visits. Either getting billed for something we paid for already, billed for a visit that was a no charge or billed for work not done. Total nightmare! Billing staff is rude and always confused about protocol.....plus the staff turnover rate is large so you very rarely deal with the same person.\r

Due to the billing issues and rudeness of staff...we no longer use this office.
