We love their food, but they need to work on a few things - the biggest issue we've had is that when you order a milkshake for delivery, they don't tape the top of the lid they sometimes double lid it - and at least once the process of trying to get a straw in has left most of the milkshake on the rug. We also always have to heat up the onion rings and french fries, since they are always cold by the time it arrives. Being too lazy to walk down there, makes us willing to forgive that in lieu of their delicious burgers and rings.
