I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A BRAKE JOB AT 8 A.M. IT WAS INPECTED AND REQUIRED NEW BRAKE PADS, COST 230.00, TIME OF COMPLETION 2 HRS. AT 3:00 P.M. i CALLED MIKE EXPLAINING I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL DAY FOR MY CAR. HE THEN EXPLAINED IT NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE, I GAVE THE OKAY, 1 HOUR LATER I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL SAYING BY BRAKE LIGHT WAS OUT. IT WOULD COST 20.00, I AGAIN AGREED MAINLY B/C I JUST NEEDED MY CAR FOR ERRANDS. MIKE THEN SAID I SHOULD JUST AS WELL BUY THE 100.00 CARE PACKAGE, AT THIS POINT I WAS TIRED AND JUST AGREED, I JUST WANTED MY CAR BACK. THE FOLLOWING DAY I REVIEWED BY BILL AND WAS NOT SATIFIED WITH THE CARE PACKAGE, I CALLED MIKE AND EXPLAINED I WANTED A REFUND. HE CONTINUED TO TRY TO UPSELL ME ON THE PACKAGE AND SD I WOULD ONLY GET A 30.00 REFUND. I REQUESTED TO TALK WITH THE OWNERS AND HE SAID TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY. WHAT REALLY OFFENDED ME WAS HE SAID NOT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SATIFIED CUSTOMERS! I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD WANT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS LEAVING SATIFIED AND REFERRING OTHER FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO YOUR COMPANY FOR BUSINESS. AT THIS POINT WILL WILL NOT COME BACK FOR ANY SERVICE . more
