Our ancient furnace finally kicked the bucket in early March. I called SL, they had someone come out and assess the situation. The same day, someone came to hel with cost and financing options (other companies hadn't done that). The new furnace and central air were installed the next day. Everyone was courtious and professional. They cleaned up the small mess that was made and even cleaned some of the vent covers.
