I've been using Service Legends since 2990. I had a service man come out because I moved to a new home and didn't know anything about the furnace. I called them because they were very visible in the community and I thought I would try them. They came in and discovered a leak in my heat exchanger, so they replaced my furnace. They were very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They were willing to share that knowledge with me, too. In the process of that, they discovered that my air conditioner was leaking freon. They disconnected that, and put me on a layaway plan to purchase a new AC. After six months I had my new AC installed. I also joined their gold club, where you pay a monthly fee and your annual inspection is covered. You also receive discounts on any major repairs.
Recently, I called them out to have the annual inspection of the furnace and AC done. In the process, they did the natural gas sniffer around the furnace and water heater. They discovered the water heater valve was leaking, and I also had a leak in the natural gas line going to my house. We called to see fi the valve could be replaced on the water heater, but it could not since it was the original water heater from when my house was built in 1982. Matt, the salesman, came out and I talked with him and purchased a new water heater.
I highly recommend Service Legends to anyone who will listen because of their professionalism, courteousness, caring, and the willingness to share their knowledge. It is good to sit here and have someone explain everything to me. I walked away actually knowing about my equipment and what they have done for me.
