I had a fine experience with my sales associate, but I ran into a little difficulty with the receptionist. I put a Google review online addressing this. She was actually very nice, and called me with a follow-up and apologized to me. That improved my overall experience, so I went back and revised the review. I bought the vehicle quite quickly, so it didn't take a lot of convincing for me. Overall the experience was very good. I am very enthusiastic about the company, and have always heard great things from others about them.
