This morning I called A Service Cab to pick up a guest and bring him to Lakeside. I let them know the guest was in the lobby and was paying cash. The cab then comes and picks up another guest who was already waiting for another cab. I called the company back letting them know what happen and she began to have an attitude with me. When I tried to ask how long it would take for another cab to come she hung up in my face. I called right back and she hung up again. I then called back to ask to speak to a manager she clearly states "" Your not speaking to anyone"" and hung up in my face. I then called another number and finally was transferred to a manager and he claims to have heard the whole conversation and was trying to explain that we should get room numbers so the cab can know who they are picking up. When I explained in fact that was not the issue it was how rude the personnel was he didn't apologize, he simply took up for her. I told him I would notify my management of this incident. \r

I WILL NEVER CALL THIS CAB COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I RATHER TAKE ONE OF OUR GUEST WHERE THEY NEED TO GO BEFORE I CALL THEM EVER !!!!!
