DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This is literally the WORST customer servie I've ever experience!!\r
Let me explain: \r
I had to get a mailbox before I moved from San Diego to Austin last month, so even after I read some bad reviews about this place, I decided to get a mailbox due to the convenient location (I live in South Lamar as well and I don't like to drive much).\r

Setting it up took many phone calls (the guy NEVER seems to reply to my emails so I had to keep calling to check receipt of scanned forms, etc.), he was HAPPY to take my payment over the phone tho!\r
\r
So when I got there, problems started: I got a business mailbox where I'm allowed to have as many as 3people along with my business name. The guy in charge started to REJECT shipments sent to my business partner without even telling me, or giving me a slight notice. Not until I confronted him with tracking #s I was able to tell what was going on.\r

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE? you are right.\r

Today I went to pickup my mail, the guy actually TOSSED a package in the counter, I signed the little form, said 'thanks', this guy (a stupid person with a snotty attitude) didn't even say thanks back.\r
\r
I'm planning on putting a dispute over the charges made to get a mailbox and get a mailbox somewhere else.\r
\r
So hear me: DON'T GO TO THE UPS STORE IN SOUTH LAMAR. (Except if you are going to the Subway next door, they're actually pretty cool people lol)
