I was very happy with the customer service I received from Mike Owens and LeighAnne Langston. I was very UNhappy with the appraisal company that was selected.

Thanks for your feedback, Christine. We are happy to know you had a good experience with Horizon Financial. Please know that we are not allowed to "choose" the appraisers anymore due to federal regulations. Appraisers are chosen through an appraisal management system at random. You may have been more satisfied with the appraiser if Horizon were allowed to chose the appraiser for you.
