I want to commend you for one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I never thought about dealing with anyone as large as Planet Ford, because I always thought they were going to be High Pressure. Being a salesperson and on the road, I have traveled 60,000 miles a year and have purchased several cars and trucks. \r
My sales person was Denise Kelly. She worked very hard for me and really made this a great experience. She got all the questions answered that I asked and was on the job 100%. She looked out for me as well as Planet Ford totally. I feel that you have a great employee there. \r
I also want to commend Jax, Juan, and the young lady that introduced me to my new truck. No sure of name, I think possibly Alanda. All persons need to be commended. They were all great. Juan was extremely efficient and had everything in order, thanks a lot to Denise, Jax was very helpful, quoted me a price and set me an appt. No high pressure sales from anyone. I thank you for that. \r
