I'm a pretty injury-prone runner who is used to being told to "rest and ice" as the solution for most things. I had the same injury for nearly a year when I went to see Dr. K and in just two sessions, I felt back to 100%. I also very much appreciate that Dr. K. takes the time to explain exactly what the nature of the pain is, what he is doing to alleviate it, and what can be done to prevent it in the future. All around, I highly recommend!
