Desert Springs built my pool-- for the money I spent, I would have expected good service. My pool started having an ugly rust that protruded thru the plaster on its 2nd year-- they fixed it but rust came back again 2 years later. When I called them, I couldn't get anyone! They passed me from one person to the other, then to their renovation dept, etc. One person was kind enough to call back and came o check the problem. I reiterated that the problem was a ""construction defect"" which they attempted to fix or patch 2x. 3 weeks later after not hearing bak from them, I was told the warranty has expired. If they have fixed it right the first 2x, and not wait for warranty to expire, I shouldn't be facing this problem! And they also now tell me they are so busy they don't have anyone to fix the problem! I'm talking about a rust so big it has destroying the pool. \r
(Since it is a structural defect, I'm getting my ducks in row and getting legal help!)
