I have been using B&B for about 10 years now. The service was mostly good, although I did have an issue with the AC unit two years ago. The unit stopped working shortly after it was inspected by the company's tech and given a clean bill of health. Upon subsequent inspection I was told that I need a new thermostat. The price was nearly $200. I had argued that this problem should have been discovered during the maintenance but the manager would not cooperate.
I always request Jaime to service my HVAC unit and he does an outstanding job for me.
