He’ll pay new employees in full for the first few weeks, but after that he’ll start to short change their pay or not pay them at all. He gets his guys from Craig’s List and he doesn’t do any background checks so you have no idea who will be at your home. If someone isn’t getting paid, do you think they are going to care about you or your home? Most just walk away after not getting paid a couple of week in a row.\r
