Worst customer service I have ever seen. The full story can be seen on Yelp. Basically, they forgot my order. When a rude driver delivered it after hours, on his way to the gym, my Ceasar wrap was microwaved and soggy and my cheese sticks were cold and hard. We gave them a chance the next day to make it right the next day, by replacing the order. They were rude and offensive to my husband. Go somewhere else in Melrose... anywhere else is better.
