Not only would they not repair the control for his lift chair, but would not return his $40 deposit. We heard the ""technician is sick"" and ""They sent us the wrong part"" every time we called. They stopped taking our calls so we resorted to using our cell phones, and kept getting the run around. In the end, the control was fixed in about 5 minutes--something that any beginning tech could do--and we would have been happy to have paid an additional $20 for that service, if only they had done it! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.
