John of JB Window installed windows and doors for us. We are having problems with some of them. We have repeatedly called him to come fix them, but all calls go to voicemail and he does not return calls. We spend nearly $27k with him. He has been paid in full, so apparently we are no longer important to him. We have windows and doors that he installed that do not open properly. We cannot get him to return calls or show up for appointments to fix anything.\r

Beware, he will most likely do the same for you. He does not stand behind his workmanship.
