My wife and I were returning from a trip and had engine trouble as we left the airport. We coasted to Dykstra's. Nick greeted us, set us up in the clean waiting area, explained what was going on with the car (in a way I could understand), and loaned us a car so we could grab an early dinner while they worked on it. After 12 hours of traveling, waiting another 3 hours wasn't what I wanted to do. They took a bad situation, and made it pleasant.
