I had some wind damage to the roof, so I submitted a request through the web and they called me right away. They came and checked it out and gave me a quote on the spot. He had called me afterwards to see if I was happy, and I said I had a few questions about some of the work that had been done. He came out and looked at it, and made sure things were done to my satisfaction. To me, that's the sign of good customer service.
