Work so bad and incompetent, they should be run out of town. Caught $862 in mistakes in one year (I pay less than that in taxes as it is). Learned just recently going to a CPA (who charged less than their $260) that for three years they had left line #29 blank on NYS tax, costing me perhaps $600 or more in lost deductions; only some of it can be recovered.
