Horrible. I lost my ticket so they couldn't find my shoes, and when i called a week later to check back in, they claimed i had picked them up and forgotten that I'd picked them up! I told him I'd email him a photo of the shoes (since he claimed they were black platforms, which they weren't) and he claimed he didn't have an email address. He was unbelievably rude and then hung up on me. These were two hundred dollar shoes that I had paid in advance to have fixed, and he refused to work with me to find them. He continuously told me to come into the shop after I had told him THREE times that I was no longer in NYC. I've never experienced such rude customer service in my life.
