Boy I wish I could get my old comp back....I am a parent of a special needs client of the metrowest area that is suffering!!.its been very difficult over the past two years,this company is low balling there contracts and you get what you pay for which is-poor poor service,you get rude customer service and no help just mostly voice mails! this company is spreding them self to thin and cant keep up with there jobs and there vehicles this company is very dangerous to be transporting children,this company does not backround or cori there drivers so you dont know who is driving your kids these drivers seem over worked a lot of the times they speed and dont pay attention to there surrondings(iv almost had a head on run in with one).they are never on time and dont seem to care if they are or not cause lets face it there getting paid eitherway and if theres any complaints to the office seems like they know each other or are good friends to not care for discinaplary action these drivers are not trained properly if you value the life of your kids i would suggest pushing to change your transportaion company to people that actually care about there vehicles and customers even if they are kids.
