The whole experience was very pleasant. Everyone is extremely friendly and also concerned with making the experience you have as easy and efficient as possible, without jeopardizing comfort and quality. I never had to wait days on end to get a call back, and the staff took time to answer my questions (despite the probability that they hear the same ones a hundred times a day). I have already given their name out to my brother and a co-worker.
