Phoned Capitol Mac for a minor service issue under warranty with my new iMac. No problem. Scheduling the repair ? They constantly put me off as a loaner was ""out"" or ""needing repairs"" or ""unavailable"" . OK.\r
\r
This continued until my iMac was just beyond warranty.\r
Capitol Mac had said it was no problem, just replacing the ethernet port, they would still do it as I'd contacted them and registered the repair, etc.\r
\r
Now, however, they can not find me in their system and are continuing to give me the run around. Perhaps I'll just chalk this up to ""warranty work"" though Apple recommended me to them.\r
\r
The $ is not the issue so much as the poor service. Their first line customer communications are close to atrocious.\r
