Stopped in today for a drum shade for a chandelier I purchased online and to browse the store for other rooms we need to furnish lights for in our home. NEVER have I been treated so rudely by a 'salesperson' in my life! When asked if I could order a drum shade, I was abruptly told, ""NOONE sells drum shades by themselves. They are sold as part of a chandelier set. It is good to support LOCAL BUSINESSES!"" Really? I thought that was what I was there to do! I retorted with that comment and turned around to leave. Pssttt, with attitude like that, I will continue to purchase online and more than likely from the same Chinese distributors that they get their merch from. Here's a word of advice, STEER CLEAR of this place unless you like being treated like a second-rate citizen! They should amp up their treatment of customers, especially ones that blog on the internet for a living. Hope business is good!
