I could go elsewhere for an oil change that would be considerably cheaper. However, I really enjoy the ""white glove"" service I receive at Courtesy Acura. As I pull into the service garage, I'm greeted by a friendly associate who reviews the work to be done. While my car is being serviced I wait in the large, comfortable lobby with free Wi-Fi. While doing my work on the computer, I can enjoy free Starbucks coffee, sodas, fresh fruit, and cookies. When my car is ready, I am summoned by a caring associate who explains to me the services performed and services recommended to be done next time. After the bill is paid, I find my car is waiting for me with keys inside, freshly vacuumed & washed. The cherry on top is the fresh bottle of water and a Girardelli chocolate square. All of this for the cost of an oil change! I would go nowhere else! My associate was Sherry this time. She was terrific!
