Dr. Canting is wonderful, however, his staff and the intolerable office policies have forced me to go elsewhere. I was told that if I could not provide them insurance information a day before the appointment that I would be cash only. I said I would bring the information when I arrived for the appointment but told that since there were a lot of insurance providers they could not check it prior to seeing the doctor. It is ashame that the message they are giving is that everyone is out to screw them out of their service fee. Holly is the only one on his staff that is reasonable to deal with... the rest have a nasty attitude. Go there at your risk, but bring cash or they may not see you.
