Do not go to this store period!!! Every time I have to enter the store the experience is horrible!! I never receieved a credit from the buy back program meaning the rep stole my phones! Also, I recently went into the store because my phone would not power on, the tech was so caught up in the good looks of a woman who came in after I did, that he stopped looking at my phone to assist her and actually booted me out of the store with no resolution! 7 days without my phone because he wanted to flirt!! After finding the store in Valrico in front of wal mart Im happy to say they assisted me to the fullest and have ordered my new phone! They have excellent customer service choose that location not the one in this post!!!
