My girlfriend and I have been fighting with these a-holes since January over a visit for a simple cleaning and small cavity fill (that still isn't repaired correctly). They didn't bother running it through her insurance. Instead, they charged it all to this ""Smile Card"" that they sell as a backup to the insurance - then tried to forge her digital signature onto documents to Smile Card to expand her credit line so that they could charge her more for unprovided services.\r

On the unprovided services, her bill should have been less than $400 after insurance - These scam artists ballooned her total bill to over $2800 with unprovided services, and have caused headache after headache.\r

We've since reported them to the BBB and are pursuing a full media investigation into their practice. \r

Find a different dentist unless you actually like getting screwed over.\r
