My HOA contracts C&R drains to handle our plumbing needs in my association. I am working on getting a new plumbing company assigned so we no longer have to deal with this company. Not only is the owner Kim unproffessional and rude, she will also rip you off! A few weeks ago I spent close to $1000.00 to get my leaky tub fixed. The day after C&R Drains "fixed" my leak it began leaking again. I contacted C&R drains and requested an appointment after 4:00pm to have my leak fixed once more. I was told that the only appt I could make was between 2-4pm. I took more time off work to accomodate their hours. To my surprise, the tech arrived after 5pm! To add insult to injury the tech told me I need new pieces that would cost $30. I agreed to pay $30 to get the issue resolved. The tech informed me that he was going to check his truck for the part and let me know if he had it available. When the tech returned he started by apologizing for the information he was asked to relay by his boss Kim.... h
