Superb. One notch below Hattie's (The Fried Chicken Mecca in Saratoga). I have yet to have anything from The Flying Chicken that wasn't excellent in any way. The only reason I think Hattie's is better is they have a little more kick in their batter, but hey, that's what hot sauce is for right? And The Flying Chicken has some pretty damn good hot sauce too. Just tired the Chicken nuggets the other day, and WOW! Hands-down the best chicken nuggets I have ever had. Big Plump Chunks of Juicy Chicken. Same batter as the rest of the fried chicken too. These are not your usual ground up reformed chicken nuggets ala McDonald's or any some generic freezer brand, they are genuine, hand-made, chunks of chicken heaven.
